Registration for Village Music Circles playshops and trainings is a two-step process. Use the form below to fill out your registration information. Upon submitting this form, you will be taken to our secure shopping cart to enter your payment information. A tuition fee of $380 (which does NOT include lodging) will be charged to your credit card for weekend events. You will receive an email confirmation of your registration and payment.

Cancellation Policy

Weekend Training: A refund will be given for cancellations requested 60 days prior to the event, less $50 of the deposit. No refunds will be given after this date or for no-shows on the day of the event. Registered participants who can not attend may send a substitute with prior notification or may transfer their deposit to a future event within a 12 month period if requested in writing 30 days before the event. A $30 service charge will be applied and any outstanding expenses will be deducted. VMC reserves the right to cancel or postpone the training due to unforeseen circumstances or if a minimum registration is not reached 30 days prior to event. In this unlikely event, all program fees will be refunded in full. Village Music Circles will not be responsible for any other expenses incurred by participant.

A service charge of $30 will be applied to all returned checks.
